There is something so wonderful about photographing a sibling of a former EHP Couple! I think I would do it every weekend if I could honestly. There is something about being invited back into such a joyful celebration with these wonderful families that is so meaningful to me and when I got Emily’s inquiry I could not stop smiling because her family is the best!
Emily and Michael were married at one of my favorite wedding venues, the Farm at Dover. It is just a beautiful mix of rustic and classic I always find new details every visit I make there. Emily choose bold and vibrant colors for her flowers from her favorite florist Flowers for Dreams, they were so gorgeous and really popped against the greens of the venue. The girls got ready in the beautiful Victorian house and we just had to pop a bottle of champagne in the tub! The guys spent the morning golfing and got ready in the rustic grooms house. Being a typical July day in Wisconsin (so hot!), as soon as Michael left for the first look I ushered them in big house to relax in the AC.
From the funny and heartfelt speeches, to their fun sparkler exit, every part of the day was perfect! Emily and Michael I wish you all the happiness in the world and I love you both! Enjoy your blog post 🙂
