Find The Perfect Outdoor Wisconsin Wedding Venue, Part One For Elegant Bohemian & Romantic Couples

For Couples

June 25, 2015

One of the biggest adjustments I’ve had since moving to Wisconsin is researching the hundreds of wedding venues throughout the state. Wisconsin seriously has a lot to offer! As I compiled a list of dream wedding venues to shoot at, I realized that this could be an amazing resource for couples looking for their future wedding venue and decided to expand my search parameters and put together a Field Guide. Since I’m from AZ and used to lots of natural summer sunlight, today’s first entry in the field guide is going to focus on the classic Wisconsin Barn, as well as beautiful outdoor & rustic spaces. In the next few weeks, I will expand the field guide to historic buildings, camp wedding venues & more!

Rustic Wisconsin Wedding Venues

Since the sheer number of barns in Wisconsin is so overwhelmingly large, I’ve split the post into two parts: Southern & Northern WI. Also a quick disclaimer, although this list is very long, I’m sure I missed an awesome venue or two. If you have any suggestions, please leave me a comment and I will add it to the list, as my search complied of lots and lots of googling.  Second Disclaimer, I have only lived here a year, so if I botched the official Wisconsonite line between south, north, east or west I do apologize!
